Price Match Policy

YES - Most of our vendors do match prices.
2.
Price match requests must be equal in air schedule, tour/cruise date, taxes and
fees included. In short, we match “apples to apples” and usually the best price
is for the worst schedule offered by an airline.
3.
Price match source must be legitimate. We reserve the right to determine what
sources are legitimate. Many (too good to be true) internet prices are simply
phishing sites trying to get your credit card info, billing address and cvv info as
that is worth about $65 on the dark web. We do not match those type of sites.
4.
We need to see what the exact price you have. Example (screen shot, email
offer, etc.). We need to be able to see if taxes are included, if transfers are
included in tour packages and that it is an exact price, not a “from” price.
5.
We do not match on any cruise of less than 7 nights in duration. We provide
full service including assistance with pre-registration and printing of cruise
documents. When you are looking at a cruise deal online, remember that you
have to do everything and print your own cruise documents. You cannot have
the online price on an unprofitable product and full service from our qualified
agents. All cruise match price quotes are “do it yourself” with document
printing and online registration.
6.
If you are asking for a price quote be aware that we will require full payment
immediately to do the price match. Many times we offer terms but usually the
online agencies require full payment on cheap deals. Please be advised that
low prices may require basic economy airfare or fully nonrefundable purchase.
